Achraf Hakimi has achieved one of the biggest dreams of his career by scoring the winner for Paris Saint-Germain against Nice in their Ligue 1 match on Sunday.
The French midfielder, who joined PSG from Borussia Dortmund last summer, had been linked with a move to Manchester United and Liverpool in recent months but was ultimately able to secure a place at the top of European football.
Hakimi's goal came in the 95th minute as he dribbled past several defenders before slotting home from close range.
It was a well-deserved win for PSG,Premier League Updates who have now won five straight games and sit at the top of the table.
But it was Hakimi's performance that truly shone through - he was dominant throughout the match and provided some outstanding displays on both sides of the pitch.
He was praised by his teammates after the game, with N'Golo Kante saying: "We were lacking creativity and we needed someone like him to come out and provide us with those moments."
Hakimi himself was delighted with his achievement, saying: "It's a dream come true. I've always wanted to play for this club and to score a goal like this is incredible."
